Senior Seminar in Comparative Literature
The purpose of this seminar is to bring together the dominant themes and theories of comparative literature and society in a cross-disciplinary and global perspective. Students are all required to have done all their preliminary course requirements in this major. The objective of this course is to engage the students with these issues in a critical and creative dialogue. The course is roughly divided into two components—the theory and practice of literature, with the presumed line between the two subject to critical conversations.
